Behind Every Door is proud to partner with LightPath Health to provide primary care services to those who do not have insurance or a primary care provider already. Lightpath Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and investing in programs that expand access to primary care in the communities that need it most. For us, that starts with the Cedar Crest neighborhood.
Services Include:
Physical Health & Wellness Assistance
Mental Health/Counseling Resources
Managing common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.
Treatment of acute illnesses (ex: Flu, common cold, minor injuries)
Well visits & basic physical exams
