Will spent time with Campus Crusade for Christ (now CRU) on the University of Texas campus working with over fifteen fraternities and sororities. Also during his time with Campus Crusade, Will served as the Director of Greek Summit: a leadership development project for college students involved in a greek system. After leaving Campus Crusade, Will worked with a small start-up company in Austin, Texas helping to establish the day-to-day operations, marketing, and customer relations. He has also spent time in the Real Estate industry, focusing on multi-family housing. Will graduated from the University of Texas, and he and his family live in Dallas, Texas.


Suzanne joined Behind Every Door Ministries in 2009. Suzanne graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in biology and a teacher's certification in secondary education. She is also a Certified Language Therapist. In 1990, she and a friend began a ministry to East Dallas Hispanic gang youths now called Cross Fire Ministries. In 1999, she and her husband, John, closed down their suburban church to establish Blood and Fire Ministries on the streets of Deep Ellum, caring for the poor and homeless. They also operated a residential discipleship house for young people needing a radical life change. John and Suzanne have three grown children, Jason, Brennan, who is currently serving in Iraq, and Lindsey.




Keith began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 for the former LaSalle Partners, and The Prudential Realty Group's subsidiary, Premisys, where he simultaneously managed Bank of America Plaza and Renaissance Tower, two of the largest corporate office buildings in Dallas' Central Business District. In 1997, Keith joined Macfarlan Real Estate Investment Management where he was a partner serving on the Investment Committee and responsible for all of the firm's commercial asset management and corporate operations. Keith is an active member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, has served on the Associate Board of the Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business Administration, and is past Chairman of the Board of the Providence Christian School of Texas. Keith graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor's degree in business and from Southern Methodist University with an MBA. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Kendall, and two children.


John joined the Executive Team for Behind Every Door in 2009. John began his professional career in dentistry, but left after 10 years to become a pastor. In 1996, he began to work with people on the streets of Deep Ellum, and by 1999 he and his wife, Suzanne, established Blood and Fire Ministries. John founded The Father's House to provide discipleship for young people needing radical life change. John is committed to serving the poor and homeless, and to training the youth to serve the poor, in the U.S. and in the Nations. Currently under the name "Kingdom Culture Network," John operates as a "pastor to pastors" and acts as a spiritual father for a number of leaders in the DFW Metroplex.




Ben is a third-generation real estate property manager, whose family's business owns and operates multifamily, retail and office properties in Dallas and elsewhere. Ben has a Texas real estate broker license and has 8 years of commercial leasing and property management experience. Prior to getting his MBA in International Business at Thunderbird in Arizona, Ben lived and worked in Mexico City for 3 years--which gave him a strong command of Spanish and a strong affinity for Hispanic people and culture. Ben has just completed a 7 year study of scripture through Bible Study Fellowship International, the last 2 in children's leadership. He has a heart for teaching and encouraging children. Ben, his wife Stephanie, and their 3 sons live in Dallas, Texas. He is responding to a clear calling to integrate his work experience with his biblical training, gifts, and faith to serve the residents of apartment communities. He attends Watermark Community Church.


Mike has founded two global missions organizations: Strategic Impact and Global Missions Fellowship. Global Missions Fellowship was an international church-planting organization that planted over 3000 new churches in 64 nations. Mike served on the Board of Directors for Global Advance, an international Leadership Development organization and serves on the Board of Reconciliation Outreach, an inner city mission that ministers to the poor. Mike, his wife Becky, and his children live in Richardson, Texas.
