• Competitive Sports Leagues: Adults can participate in organized leagues for basketball, co-ed soccer, volleyball, and flag football, with seasons running for 6-8 weeks, including playoffs. These leagues encourage friendly competition, community bonding, and fitness, supported by local businesses that sponsor teams and contribute to youth programs.
• Fitness & Wellness Classes: We offer a variety of classes focused on physical wellness, strength, and cardiovascular health. From community workouts to strength training and biking clubs, our classes run in the early mornings and evenings, making it easy to stay active and relieve stress within a social and motivating environment.
• Open Gym Nights: Designed for informal play, our open gym sessions allow adults to drop in for sports like basketball, soccer, and volleyball. Held twice a week, these sessions offer flexibility and a chance to engage with the community while staying active.
• Co-Ed Community Sports Day: Once a month, we host a family-friendly sports day featuring relay races, 3-on-3 basketball, tug-of-war, and more. This event is a great way for adults and families to come together, enjoy friendly competition, and form new connections within the community.
